New instructions for latest incarnation

The latest incarnation of the mod incorporates the package.json fix mentioned earlier, in both the location where regular users would need it, and where those with a copy of RMMV would invoke it for editing and playtesting. But moving up one level in a directory means - at least to me - that a zip file has to be rebuilt even with all the same files so the files get extracted to the correct places.

So, PLEASE read the installation instructions. You're being told where to unzip and how things should look when it's done. It's not the same as the previous versions.

I'm going to try to not look at this game for a while, because RL has been making demands, and I know I'll get sucked in and work on minor tweaks all night once I get started. But all this has been helpful to me learning more about RMMV. And I am very willing to address any bugs that people find in what I've done, although going by the few comments here and on the parent game's page there's no complaints about the content once installed properly.
