Less flickering while filling.

Although I already knew that it was annoying, being asked to do something about the flickering of the Shimmer body picture that's always on the screen while walking around... Well, it came at a good time, since I'd learned more about RMMV in working on several other games. When I initially fixed up the code that did the image display and tracking of Shimmer's milk and bust size, I just didn't bother to investigate past the point of seeing 71 events dedicated to doing the leakage images. I had got rid of 25 other events, and squashed a 40-layer-deep if/then structure down to one select/case, but just didn't want to keep going at the time. This time, I made notes about what was going on, and refactored using Javascript stuff that I didn't know enough about back then.

The installation instructions haven't changed. The game is basically the same, it should just not flicker while Shimmer's breasts get bigger or smaller, or when they're leaking. One thing that might happen is some graphical leftovers on the left edge when her breasts get smaller during the Green Rings, but only at two specific and rather large sizes.
